Identity Access Management (IAM) Expert (m/f/d)

Overview

The Generali Operations Service Platform (GOSP) supports the Generali Group in optimizing its digital services, its service quality and the creation of synergies. GOSP uses common technology platforms for the Group. As a joint venture partner, Accenture provides expertise to support transformation, innovation and scaling. GOSP develops solutions for digitalization and the introduction of a cloud-centric model. GOSP includes IT infrastructure, procurement, and security operations, among others.

That is the job

We are looking for an experienced IAM expert to deliver the best possible, compliant security and IAM services to our customers. As a key process in the IT landscape, the requirements and tasks for this position in the field of IAM are diverse and range from operational to architectural work. These include to advise customers to understand their requirements and needs and design solutions in accordance with the "IAM big picture", technical feasibility and safety requirements. In addition, operational tasks are part of the day-to-day work in this unit. As part of security, various audits must be supported by the I&IS department. In order to meet all requirements, the IAM expert is also responsible for the maintenance and management of our IAM tools. An outstanding IAM professional will have a strong technical background in various IAM solutions, as well as knowledge of compliance and process requirements.

The candidate will report to the Head of I&AS Unit and will perform the following main activities (among others):

  • Maintain and configure our IAM tools, including sharing and troubleshooting with the tool vendor
  • Administration in IAM tools for components of the IAM process such as users, roles, attributes
  • Creation and management of interfaces to target systems
  • Development and updating of scripts for automation
  • Understanding the customer's requirements, transferring them to our environment and providing appropriate solutions
  • Support of audits in process design, documentation and verification as an output of our IAM systems
  • Participation in international and national projects in the field of IAM

Profil

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an IAM position or relevant experience
  • You have already worked in an international, transnational business environment
  • You have a good knowledge of security and compliance requirements for IAM solutions
  • You have technical knowledge and experience with infrastructure products such as IAM, PAM, directory services, and DB2
  • You also have knowledge of cloud technology (Azure, AWS, Google)
  • You have hands-on knowledge of identity management solutions, how to operate them, and how to work in a hybrid IT infrastructure (on-prem/cloud)
  • You have knowledge of script development (SQL, DB2, batch files)
  • They possess very good analytical skills, attention to detail with flexibility to cope with changing requirements, and this allows them to manage multiple tasks in parallel to ensure the right quality of delivery
  • You have a high degree of independence, are strong in the self-organization of assigned tasks and in correct coordination with various stakeholders
  • You have the ability and pleasure to work in a complex and international environment and the willingness to take part in any business trips in Europe
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and will therefore send us your application in English
